AGATA
The Agata Seed Treater is designed for continuous operation. The highly adjustable capacity of the machine allows it to work on its own, as well as part of a grain processing line. The machine is equipped with a dust removing device, which sucks off light waste and dust before the treatment cycle.
The treating system is based on the sprayer mechanism, which spins at high speed , sprays treatment liquid creating mist which evenly covers treated seeds.
Modern structure influences the high quality and reliability.
Mode of operation
Seeds in feeding hopper after opening the working gap, rotate the dispensing drum while falling down. The wheel which dose the treatment is placed on the drum shaft, the wheel`s blades are dipped in container with treatment. Blades turn, bail treatment and pour it into a little trough, next the treatment is delivered to rotary directional sprayer and then it is sprayed on seeds in the chamber. Treated/ covered seeds in spraying chamber fall into screw conveyor where they are mixed together with chemicals and transported to double bagging. Chemicals are pumped from container to divider and next to another container from whichits excess is taken through over-flow conduit to the first container and the appropriate amount of chemicals bailed by dosing wheel is transferred to the trough and further to the sprayer. Liquid excess is directed from divider back to the container for constant mixing of the content (this prevents from the sedimentation of suspension).
